Job Descriptions
LOAN OFFICER
A loan officer is the entry level position at 745-CASH. A loan officer is responsible for taking payments from customers, helping originate loans and making reminder and collection calls to our customers. This position requires attention to detail and great customer service, in addition to dependability and flexibility.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
An assistant manager assumes all the responsibilities of the loan officer and in addition is also responsible for managing loan officers, assisting the store manager in daily reconciliation of accounts and is responsible for the overall operation of the store in the absence of the manager.
STORE MANAGER
The store manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store. This includes direction of store personnel to achieve goals set forth by corporate headquarters, daily reconciliation of accounts, marketing, training and motivating staff members.
